Don't wait until you are qualified in something to build a curiosity around the possibilities. Biblically speaking, the most qualified people aren't the called ones, it's the people that are available and open with the capacity to receive. 

How aware are you of your assets? How competent are you of your abilities and potential? Do you think there is ever a time in a day that you have used or manifested to exhaustion your full brain-power? Clearly I would say no; Furthermore, I would say that you have not reached your capacity to learn and grow either. So with that being said, what are you waiting for? The world is waiting for you to be great and leave your legacy, your mark!
